Prices, packages, offers, and response times shown on this site are for general guidance, may change without notice, and do not constitute a binding quote. Same-day and emergency availability depend on schedule, location, and demand. The price for your job is the one we provide to you in writing before work begins.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from EGO HVAC related to your service appointment and a brief post-service follow-up requesting a Google review. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency: typically 1-3 messages per service. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To opt out: reply STOP, QUIT, END, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. You will receive a final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

Repair and installation work is covered by the labor warranty specified in your written work order or invoice. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms. EGO HVAC's liability for services performed is limited to the cost of those services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EGO HVAC Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
