What We Collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, phone number, email address, property address or ZIP code, the service you need, and any message or details you provide. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the contents of your message.

We also automatically collect standard technical and usage data through cookies and similar technologies, such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you reached and moved through the site. See "Cookies, Analytics & Advertising" below.

How We Use It

We use the contact information you provide to respond to your inquiry, schedule and perform service, and send service-related messages. We use usage and advertising data to understand site traffic and to measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't add you to marketing email or text lists without your consent.

Who We Share It With

We share information with service providers that help us operate, only as needed:

• Zapier — form submissions and chat messages are routed through Zapier to reach us and our scheduling tools.
• Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook Pixel) — for site analytics and advertising measurement, only after you grant the matching cookie consent.
• Financing providers — only if you choose to apply for financing.

These providers process data under their own terms. We don't otherwise share your information except as required to fulfill your request or by law.

SMS / Text Messaging

When you provide us with a phone number — by calling, completing a form, or scheduling service in person — we may send you SMS messages related to your service appointment and a brief post-service follow-up requesting a Google review. These messages are transactional, not marketing.

You consent to receive these messages by providing your phone number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; typically 1-3 messages per service. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. Other opt-out keywords (QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE) also work. To get help, reply HELP. You may also email us at service@egohvac.com to be removed from all SMS communications.

Cookies, Analytics & Advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories: necessary (required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice), analytics, and advertising/marketing. On your first visit, analytics and advertising technologies are not loaded until you consent.

With your analytics consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. With your advertising consent, we use Google Ads (conversion measurement) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure advertising performance. These tools may set cookies and collect usage and device data, and may involve cross-site measurement.

When you submit a form or tap a call/text link and you have granted advertising consent, our conversion tracking may send a hashed (one-way encrypted) version of your email and/or phone number to Meta for advertising measurement. This is known as Advanced Matching. It does not run without advertising consent.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing us at service@egohvac.com. Nevada residents have rights under Nevada's privacy law (NRS 603A). California residents have rights under CCPA.
