Elite is the only package that includes EGO Shield Membership, our recurring maintenance plan, for the first year. The install standard is the same one we hold on every replacement: the system is sized with a Manual J load calculation before anything is ordered, installed cleanly, the permit and inspection process is handled after replacement, the old unit is hauled away, and the labor is warrantied in writing for 1 year.
